About the original
ALTO is a Paris brand whose first watch was the ART 01, launched as a limited run of 25 numbered pieces. The brand calls it a monobloc design in which the sharp lines of a bevelled sapphire crystal carry on through a grade 5 titanium case.
The case is faceted and wedge-shaped. The dial is made of bead-blasted black lacquered brass with a hexagonal texture, and the seconds hand runs counter-clockwise. The movement is the A01 micro-rotor calibre, made with Cercle des Horlogers.
