The IWC Pilot's Chronograph ref. 3741 is a small steel chronograph with a mecha-quartz movement: a quartz watch whose chronograph is mechanical. It was produced from 1993 to 2004.
The case is 36 mm across and about 10 mm thick, powered by a Jaeger-LeCoultre calibre 631. The dial is plain: large luminous quadrant markers, two chronograph registers at 3 and 9, a small seconds dial at 6 and a date at 4:30. IWC's mechanical Pilot's Chronograph of the same years, the ref. 3706, is a much thicker watch.
