About the original
Richard Mille released the RM 011 in 2007, developed with the Formula 1 driver Felipe Massa. It was part of the Richard Mille range until the RM 11-03 replaced it. The brand describes the case as a tonneau shape with a curved bezel, sides and case back.
The RM 011 has a skeletonised automatic flyback chronograph movement, calibre RMAC1, with a 60-minute countdown timer at 9 o'clock, a 12-hour totaliser and an oversize date with a month indicator. It was made in titanium, gold and the brand's other case materials, and the case measures about 40 mm wide by 50 mm long.
