About the original
The Sinn UX, also called the EZM 2B, replaced the Model 403 and EZM 2 in March 2006. It is a re-work of the earlier case, enlarged to 44 mm, with the crown moved to 4 o'clock and a new bezel, dial and bracelet. Sinn removed the EZM name from it for some years and has since restored it.
The case is made of German submarine steel and the movement is a quartz ETA 955.652. The bezel is scalloped for use with gloves and has numerals every five minutes. The hands are large and luminous, and the red seconds hand is dart-shaped with a luminous stripe.
