Vacheron Constantin Historiques 222 homages

Vacheron Constantin launched the 222 in 1977 to mark its 222nd anniversary. It was designed by Jorg Hysek and was one of the steel sports watches with an integrated bracelet from the 1970s. The Historiques 222 reissue followed the original 37 mm size, and a steel version with a blue dial arrived in January 2025.

The steel Historiques 222 has a 37 mm tonneau case with a fluted bezel, a hexagonal-link integrated bracelet, a blue dial with a date at 3 o'clock, and the automatic calibre 2455/2. Reviewers say it follows the look of the 1977 watch closely.
