Reviewers find the finishing strong for the price: radially brushed lug tops, polished chamfers and sides, a low-profile bezel ring and a domed sapphire crystal that wears thinner than its 13 mm suggests. Both single out the dial printing and the lume, which one calls among the brightest on a chronograph and the other better than it needs to be, and both say the hand-wound ST1903 with its swan-neck regulator runs well out of the box.

The criticisms are small. One reviewer finds the end links finished less evenly than the rest of the bracelet and the on-the-fly clasp slightly large. The other would prefer white hands, as black hand tips get lost on dark dials. One reviewer sees the 24-hour sub-dial at 6 as the main compromise against the original, which has a date.
