What reviewers and owners say
Reviewers
From 2 reviews we read or watched.
Two reviewers handled the V2 and like its compact size and slim 11.8 mm height for an NH34 GMT, the finishing of the brushed bezel and polished crown guards, and the five-hole milled clasp. Both call it a strap monster that suits rubber and nylon as well as the bracelet. Both rate the lume as decent.
The criticisms are minor. One would like a stronger date magnifier; the other puts it at about 1.5x and finds it acceptable. The bracelet uses push pins rather than screws. One reviewer's early-batch watch had a visible colour mismatch between the dial lume and the hand lume, which the reviewer expects to be better on later batches. One reviewer's clasp buttons rattled when the clasp was open. Neither reviewer reported a hand-alignment or movement fault.
Good
- Compact 37 mm case and 11.8 mm height for an NH34 GMT
- Brushed bezel, crown guards and drilled lugs well finished
- Five-hole milled clasp with micro-adjustment
- Date magnifier and sapphire crystal
- Works on straps as well as the bracelet, per both reviews
Less good
- Date magnifier is modest: about 1.5x, and one reviewer wants more
- Bracelet is pinned, not screwed
- Early batch had mismatched lume between dial and hands, per one review
- Water resistance tested to 100 m only; 200 m is a design target per the brand
- Clasp buttons rattled when open on one reviewer's watch
