What reviewers and owners say
Reviewers
From 4 reviews we read or watched, 1 of them with a watch supplied by the brand.
Reviewers liked the textured dial, the bright lume (which includes the bezel pip), the flat sapphire crystal and the fit of the cushion case, which wears smaller than its 43.8 mm suggests. Three found the ceramic bezel good: tight, with very little play and a solid click.
The steel bracelet is the weaker part. One reviewer found loose links, some stretch and arm-hair pull; another rated it 3.5 to 4 out of 5 and wanted upgrades; another found the finish decent but wanted more than three clasp holes. They accepted quartz as a grab-and-go choice at this price.
Good
- Quartz movement keeps the case 12 mm thick
- Flat sapphire crystal with AR coating
- Four dial colours with a textured finish
- Fold-over clasp with three micro-adjust holes, per one reviewer
- Bezel is tight with very little play, per three reviewers
- One reviewer dived it to over 100 ft with no fogging or leaks
- Bright lume on hands, markers and bezel pip
Less good
- Quartz rather than automatic; the original is automatic
- Steel bracelet only; no strap option
- Pressed metal wing inside the clasp, per one reviewer
- Bracelet comfort: loose links, stretch and arm-hair pull per one reviewer; only three clasp micro-adjust holes per another
- Crown guards make the crown harder to grip and unscrew, per one reviewer (another found it easy to grip)
