About the original
The Cocktail Time is Seiko's Presage series inspired by Japanese cocktail bars. Seiko names Hisashi Kishi, head bartender of the Star Bar in Ginza and the first Japanese winner of the International Bartenders Association world cocktail championship, as its adviser for the series. Seiko describes the series as having glossy dials, slim shining markers and a box-shaped Hardlex crystal.
The SRPB43 has a light blue dial. Worn & Wound calls it the successor to the SARB065, which it describes as one of Seiko's most popular watches of the last 10 years. The SRPB43 is largely the same watch under the Presage name, with the 4R35 movement in place of the 6R15.
