What reviewers and owners say
Reviewers
From 6 reviews we read or watched.
Reviewers describe a large, heavy dive-style watch that wears better than its 45 mm size suggests, because the lug-to-lug is only about 47.5 to 48 mm. The case is well finished for the price and the bezel grips well. The bezel is a 120-click unidirectional type with its pip aligned to the dial, with about one click of back play in several reviews. Two reviewers say the hands are too short for the dial. Three say the lume is weak and fades quickly. Reviewers name a Seiko NH36 or NH36A for the day-date movement, not the Miyota 8215 the brand states. The rubber strap is called good quality, and the clasp is a basic push-button type with three adjustment holes.
Good
- Sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective treatment
- Screw-down crown
- Day and date window at 3 o'clock
- Short lug-to-lug of about 47.5 to 48 mm keeps a 45 mm case wearable, per reviewers
- Steel bracelet or rubber strap, in black, blue or blue and red
- Bezel grips well and lines up with the dial, per reviews
Less good
- Large and heavy at 45 mm and 195 g
- Hands are too short for the dial, per two reviews
- Lume is weak, per three reviews
- About one click of bezel back play in several reviews
- The brand and the reviewers name different movements
- Water resistance is given only in feet on the page
Known quality issues
Each reported by at least two independent sources.
- Two reviewers say the hour and minute hands are too short for the dial.
- Three reviewers report weak lume that fades quickly.
